Evangelist Irma Dell Bouier Webb was born August 3, 1947 to the late Walter and Beaudell Satchell Bouier in Dothan, Alabama. She is the youngest of three children. Irma departed this earthly life on Sunday, October 8, 2017, at the Southeast Alabama Medical Center, after an extended illness.

Evangelist Webb is a graduate of Carver High School class of 1965 where she was a majorette and very active in her school. She was Miss Bronze of 1964. She also were a graduate of Wallace College.

Evangelist Webb was nurtured in a Christian environment. At an early age she united with the First Missionary Baptist Church, she later united with Bibleway Church of Dothan, Greater Showers of Blessings C.O.G.I.C of Mobile, Alabama. After returning to Dothan she united with Cornerstone Church of Dothan.

Evangelist Webb favorite sayings was, “I Owe God Praise!”

She was united in Holy Matrimony to Harold Owens. To this union were born one son. Irma later united in Holy Matrimony to the late George Webb.

Evangelist Webb was employed with GTE Telephone company, and caretaker for over ten years for the late Abbie Powe Sessions.

She were preceded in death by a sister and brother-in-law: Terrie Bouier Williams (George); a brother: Jan Bouier; two nephews: George Williams III and Dexter Williams.

The life and love of Irma will forever be embedded in the hearts of a loving son: Winston Owens, Sacramento, California; two loving granddaughters: Adrienne Owens Miller (Cabot) of Atlanta, Georgia, and Candace Owens of Henderson, Kentucky; four great grandchildren: Chloe Miller, Christian Miller and Cali Miller, all of Atlanta, Georgia and Jerrod Owens of Henderson, Kentucky; a special god-daughter: Kina Watson of Houston, Texas; a niece: Sonya Williams of Mobile, Alabama; a nephew: Christopher Bouier of Atlanta, Georgia; a great niece and nephew: Nija and George Williams of Silver Springs, Maryland; a sister-in-law: Essie Bouier of Dothan, Alabama; a aunt: Francis Bradwell of Winter Park, Florida; a uncle: Cyrus Satchell (Johhnie) of Los Angles, California; devoted caretakers/sister/cousins: Cynthia Glasgow, Deborah Ward and Maxine Brady; cousins: Bruce Weems, Billy Bouier, Jane Lillian Turner, Michael Lee, Wanda Miner, Willis Bradwell, Jr., Vanessa and Cecil Satchell; devoted friends: Jane Abad, Mary Moss, Willie Mae Freeman, Peggy Rowe and Roxie Moton; a host of cousins, friends and love ones and friends at Grady Walk.
