Timothy Bernard Bowers

Mr. Timothy Bowers, age 75, of Dothan, Alabama passed away Tuesday, March 23, 2021.

Visitation will be Monday, March 29, 2021 one hour prior to the service.

Funeral service will be held on Monday, March 29, 2021 at 11 AM at Georgette L. Scott Memorial Chapel, 814 Headland Avenue Dothan, Alabama 36303.

Burial will immediately follow the service at Liberty Hill Cemetery in Bascom, Florida.

Mr. Bowers was born on September 18, 1945, in Bascom, Florida, to Oliver and Ozetta Bowers, and stepmother Louise Bowers.

Timothy, AKA "Tim", was a highly favored New Orleans Saints fan.  He was a person of many hobbies but going fishing, his boat and spending time with his dogs were his favorite; above all, he loved his family and never met a stranger.  He was very outspoken with a great sense of humor and one of the most loving men you ever wanted to meet.  Tim always liked to tinkle around with trucks, cars, did light gardening and making sure the yard maintenance was neat around the house.

He leaves, to cherish his memories, his loving wife: Donnie Bowers; children: Erica Bowers, Timothy B. Bowers, Tiffany Bowers, Michael Bowers, and Maurice Bowers; grandchildren: Christian Cook, Jamya Knight, Myetta Bowers, Selencia Reed, Jordan Bowers and special granddaughter: Kylee Davis; sister: Shelia V. Roseboro; brother: Eric (Katrina) Bowers and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and friends, who loved him; including a special cousin: Ed Lennox, who loved him and will miss him dearly.
