Stacey Drusilla Taylor graced this world with her presence on September 10, 1963 - the cherished daughter of Betty White and the late Tullie White, in the welcoming embrace of Dothan, Alabama.
Stacey's odyssey through existence was filled with joy, melody, and boundless affection. Following her early years in Dothan, she went on to create a legacy of compassion and warmth that would resonate with countless souls. Her academic journey reached its pinnacle with her graduation from Corner Stone Christian Academy, a moment cherished for her radiant spirit and enthusiasm to welcome the future.
Faith held immense significance for Stacey, a devoted member of the North Highland Baptist Church community. Her voice, a harmonious and inspiring presence, resonated within the choir, where she sang with fervor and elegance. Stacey's participation in the church was not merely a testament to her spiritual commitment, but also a manifestation of her wish to engage with and uplift those in her vicinity.
Stacey was fortunate to have two devoted daughters, Candice Stuckey and Tonithia Canada, who would enrich her life with immense pride and joy. In the later chapters of her life, love graced Stacey in the person of Willie Atkins, with whom she entered into Holy Matrimony. Their journey together stood as a testament to partnership and devotion, a shared story of life's peaks and valleys, celebrated with an unyielding commitment to each other.
Stacey's radiant smile and her enthusiasm for life were her defining characteristics. She embraced every chance for enjoyment, whether it involved singing, dancing, or her spirited trips to the casino. Stacey approached life with an open heart and a sincerity that was both refreshing and charming. She was recognized for her honesty, a trait that infused her relationships with both joy and a genuine sense of connection.
Her life, filled with joy and melody, came to a peaceful end on June 24, 2025, in the very town she always considered home. Beyond her personal pursuits, Stacey was a source of unwavering love and support for her family.
