Shaquonda Griffin

Ms. Shaquonda Griffin, age 29, of Dothan, Alabama passed away Saturday, July 20, 2019.  Visitation will be Thursday, July 25, 2019 at the funeral home from 4 PM to 6 PM.  Funeral service will be Friday, July 26, 2019 at 11 AM at Georgette L. Scott's Memorial Chapel, 814 Headland Avenue Dothan, Alabama 36303.  Burial will immediately follow the funeral service at Gates of Heaven Cemetery.

Shaquonda Sharvett Griffin (Quonda) was born on July 5, 1990 in Dothan, Alabama to Arvester Harvey and Wanda Griffin.
 
Shaquonda was educate in the Northview High School  in Dothan, Alabama. Shaquonda  took pride in working as a customer care assistant for Coleman Allied. 

She spent all her free time travling with her two young boys Jalen and Kamdin Griffin. Shaquonda was really big on family and having any type of gathering she can think of to get everyone together. 

She departed this life on July 20, 2019.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather: Willie James Griffin; grandmother: Maggie Brown; one uncle: Willie Gene Griffin; one aunt: Angela Edwards; and her cousin: Charles Torrance Bryant.

Those left to cherish her memories are two sons: Kamdin and Jalen Griffin; her mother: Wanda Griffin; her father: Arvester Harvey; her siblings: Sharmescha Griffin (Haisley Ricks), Noah Harvey, Sydnee Adrianna Harvey and Cameron Lukas Harvey; her niece: Haisely Ricks (fat fat); grandmother: Mary Griffin; aunts and uncles: Inez Griffin, Willie Fred, Tracy Griffin, Mary Bryant, Annie Lois, Willie Warren, Janice Griffin, Doris Griffin, Rhonda Griffin, Michelle (Tony) Lewis, Charettia Edwards and Thomasema Brown; and a host of cousins and other relatives and friends.
