Otha Marie "True" Eutsey, a beacon of warmth and generosity, embarked on her eternal journey on April 30, 2024, surrounded by the love of her family in Ozark, Alabama. Born on June 27, 1965, in the nurturing community of Elamville, Alabama, Otha's life was a testament to the power of kindness and the strength of familial bonds.
Otha, a name synonymous with love and friendship, touched the hearts of everyone she met. Her radiant smile and open arms she never met a stranger, and her legacy is one of boundless love and enduring connections. Her departure leaves a void in the fabric of the many lives she touched, but her spirit remains an unextinguishable light guiding us forward.
Preceded in death by her cherished parents, beloved siblings, and dear son Harold Eutsey. Otha's love and memories are carried on by her devoted sisters, Sharonda (Donald) McCoy, and Belinda Scott; her steadfast brother Justin Terry; her loving children Tina, Eric, Lester (Radeyah), Michael (KoKo), Calvin (Christina), Shantel (Tom), Montega (Kristol), Andrew, Alexandria (Ty), Alex, and Assan. Her long term lover: Andrew Wayne Nero. Her legacy is further celebrated by a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren, each a shining star in the vast sky of her love. The family tree extends its branches with numerous nieces and nephews, as well as a multitude of aunts, uncles, and additional family members, all united in the memory of Otha's unwavering affection.
Otha's interests were as diverse as the many lives she influenced. She was the embodiment of the phrase "loving, friendly, and generous." Her ability to forge connections with people from all walks of life was nothing short of extraordinary. Otha's presence was a gift to those who had the joy of knowing her, and her absence will be deeply felt by the countless friends who found a second home in her heart.
