Oscar Rollins, Jr.

Mr. Oscar Rollins, Jr., age 68, of Dothan, Alabama passed away Monday, February 24, 2020.

Memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at 12 AM at First Missionary Baptist Church.

Oscar Rollins, Jr. was born on December 26, 1951 to Oscar Rollins, Sr. and Cora Hamilton in Wilson, Fl.  Oscar was the oldest of 10 siblings. His younger siblings were as followed: Herbert, Timothy, Isabela, Pop, Viola, Betty West, David, Charlie, Joe, and Chester Lee.

Oscar was United in Holy Matrimony to Bessie Rollins for 50 years. To this union, four loving children were born: Canita Rollins, Melinda Rollins, Tobias Rollins, and Oscar Rollins, Jr. 

Oscar Rollins, Jr. leaves to cherish his memories, loving wife: Bessie and their four children. He also leaves to cherish 21 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren and many loving friends and extended family. Oscar was a loving father, husband, grandfather and friend to everyone. He was a strong and loving individual, who lifted everyone with his words of wisdom and also his endless jokes.  The time his grandchildren spent with him was some of his greatest moments. Oscar was the tree to many branches of his family. He will truly be missed and cherished.
