Mildred Hudgens

Mrs. Mildred Hudgens, age 94, of Dothan, Alabama passed away Saturday, October 24, 2020.

Drive through visitation will be Thursday, October 29, 2020 from 4 PM to 6 PM at the funeral home.

Graveside service will be held on Friday, October 30, 2020 at 11 AM at Gates of Heaven Cemetery.

Mrs. Mildred Beacham-Hudgens was born November 4, 1925 in Clayton, Alabama to the late Albert and Rachel Floyd Beacham.

She was married to the late Howard Hudgens.  She was a faithful member of Trinity Missionary Baptist Church until her health began to decline.  Mrs. Mildred served as President of the Missionary Department and the Mother of the Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband: Howard Hudgens; two brothers: L.C. Beacham and Floyd Beacham; three sisters: Earlie Mae Beacham, Marie Beacham, and Willie Mae Hammonds.

She leaves to cherish her memories, son: Billie (Helen) Hudgens of Pinckard, Alabama; three daughters: Earline Beauford, Mary (David) Glanton and Martha Hudgens all of Dothan, Alabama; 10 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren; one sister-in-law: Idell Beacham; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends; and a special friend: Eva Jewell Glanton.
