Mary Alice McBride

Ms. Mary McBride, age 79, of Dothan, Alabama passed away on Saturday, September 12, 2020.

Visitation will be Friday, September 18, 2020 from 5 PM to 7 PM at Union Hill Missionary Baptist Church, 1499 Dyras Road Cottonwood, Alabama.

Graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at 11 AM at Union Hill Church Cemetery, 1499 Dyras Road Cottonwood, Alabama.

Mary Alice McBride was born December 1, 1940 to the late D.C. McBride and Maggie Lou Holland.

Mary was a member at United Christian Fellowship Church, in Dothan, Alabama, under the leadership of Archbishop Carl McComb as Pastor.

Mary Alice McBride went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 12, 2020 at her residence.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents: D.C. McBride and Maggie Lou Holland; her precious son: Larry D. Russell; and siblings: Willie C. McBride, Mary Ellen McBride, Billy McBride and Johnny C. McBride.

Mary is survived by her grandchildren: Selena (Gregory) Fields, Yolanda (Russell) Hill of South Carolina, and Darien Croft of Amityville, New York; daughter-in-law: Ernestine Russell of Cottonwood, Alabama; great grandchildren: Daeshon, Saniya, Daevion Fields of South Carolina and Jaiden Croft of Amityville, New York; brother: Bobby (Beauty) McBride of Dothan, Alabama; sisters: Martha Hogans and Dennice Northington of Cottonwood, Alabama; stepfather: Deacon Walter Holland of Cottonwood, Alabama; sister-in-law: Diane McBride of Tallahassee, Florida; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends; a very special friend: Kim Thomas of Dothan, Alabama and the congregation of United Christian Fellowship of Dothan, Archbishop McComb, Pastor.
