Martha Ann Hudgen

Ms. Martha Ann Hudgen of Dothan, Alabama departed this earthly life on Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at the age of 68.

A Public visitation will be held on Sunday, September 4, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Funeral Home; 814 Headland Avenue, Dothan, Alabama 36303 followed by a Graveside service 2:00 PM at the Gates of Heaven Cemetery; 2106 Starling Road, Dothan, Alabama 36303 under the direction of the caring staff of Scott's Chapel Hill Mortuary "Because We Care."

Ms. Martha Ann Hudgen was born October 25, 1953, in Dothan, Alabama, to the late Howard Hudgen and Mildred Hudgen.

She accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior, at an early age, and joined Trinity Missionary Baptist Church.

Martha was preceded in death by her parents; two uncles: L.C. Beacham and Floyd Beacham; and one aunt: Willie Mae Hammonds.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories, four sons: Leonard Hudgen of Dothan, Alabama, Adrian Hudgen of Bronk, New York, Teddy (Shonnie) Hudgen of Dothan, Alabama, and Ashley Hudgen of Miami, Florida; one daughter: Dana Hudgen of Montgomery, Alabama; nine grandchildren: Toddrick, Ajatay, Zianna, Teddrick, Kaveri, Brandon, Keshaun, Journii, and Christopher; seven great grandchildren: Zaven, Zylon, Nique, Reegan, Teegan, Layla and Kynslie; two sisters: Earline Beauford and Mary (David) Glanton; one brother: Billy (Helen) Hudgens; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
