Larry Darnell Davis was born to Sammy Davis and Cliftee Miller Davis.
Larry was born October 26, 1964 in Memphis, Tennessee he spent most of his childhood and adult life in Forrest City, Arkansas later years he moved to Ozark where he met and married Frances Copeland. As the years passed and the family in Arkansas was missing his presence so he moved back to Forrest City, Arkansas his health started to fail he was put on dialysis for several years but was missing his friends and family in Ozark he came home to Ozark and his friends, James and Annie Matthews took him in; he will be forever missed and remembered as a grill master no one could top him with his grill skills being here for a week and three days the lord called him home.
He was preceded in death by his parents Sammy Davis and Cliftee Davis both of Arkansas; stepfather: Amos Burgess of Forrest City, Arkansas; five brothers: Harry Davis, Charles Payno, Willie B. Davis, Joe Davis, and Tommy Richard Davis all of Jonesboro, Arkansas.
He leaves to cherish his memories three sons: Larry (Stephanie) Davis, Terrance Davis, and Antonio Davis; his bonus children: Robert (Niesha) Copeland, Chrissy (Monta) Ray , Clay Copeland; twelve grandchildren; sisters: Dorothy King of Jonesboro, Arkansas Selina Love of Memphis, TN; five brothers: Sammy Davis, Jr. of New Orleans, LA, Walter Davis, John Payno, Gregory Davis, and Robert Davis all of Jonesboro, Arkansas; forever friend: Frances Copeland of Ozark Alabama, James and Annie Matthews of Ozark, Alabama. a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
