Jimvonte Leonard Critten, lovingly known as “Tae” was born on February 19, 1996, and from that day on, he came with a smile, a laugh, and a whole lot of personality.
Tae was the life of every party whether there was music or not, he was dancing. If there was laughter, he probably started it. If the room felt quiet, Tae fixed that immediately. His smile was contagious, his jokes were nonstop, and his energy could light up any space.
He was a proud and loving father to Quantae Jay R. Smith and shared a special, loving connection with his three stepchildren, whom he cared for deeply. Tae also leaves behind his brothers: Stafhon Reail Ousley and Aaron Javon Flowers; his beloved niece: Neveah Flowers, and his closest cousins: Tynesia (Zae) Johnson, Danesha (Quan) Minnifield, and Aquanda Critten. A loving and devoted aunt: Keisha Critten and Stephanie Flowers, and his uncle Lindsey Critten.
He was cherished by his grandmother: Mary Critten, and grandfather: Sam Henderson, and is reunited in eternal rest with Ethel Mae Critten and Audrey Henderson, who preceded him death.
Tae loved all his family fiercely and leaves behind many more family members and friends who were touched by his humor, warmth, and unforgettable spirit. He didn’t just enter rooms he made an entrance. While his absence leaves a quiet space, Tae’s presence will last forever.
