Jacqueline (Beachem) Pride

Elder Jacqueline (Jackie) Beachem Pride was born in Dothan, Alabama on August 14, 1953 to Dora and Jack Beachem. 

On April 28, 2026 at the age of 72 the finishing touches was completed on her Heavenly Home.  Jesus said, “Job Well Done, My Child.” So let not your heart be troubled, you believe in God, believe also in me.  John 14:1

As a child, Jackie grew up on Acid Plant Hill.  She attended Free Will Baptist Church.  She attended East Highland School, Lake Street and Dothan High School.  Jackie left school to get married and moved to Largo, FL.

Returning to Alabama, Jackie completed her GED and reunited with her graduating class of 1972.

Jackie worked at Warner Brothers Sewing Factory and General Electric (GE).  While working at GE, Jackie completed Cosmetology.  She graduated as a Master Cosmetologist.  Jackie retired from GE after 38 years of service.

 She rededicated her life to Christ as a member and servant at Acts Christian Center.

Jacqueline was preceded in death by her parents Jack and Dora Beachem; her Godparents, Robert and Doris Lewis; her beloved sister, Ernestine (Pee Wee) Mitchell, her first son Gary Pride along with loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Brothers: Jack (Yvonne) Beacham III, William (Brenda) Beachem, Kenneth (Edna) Beachem all of Dothan, AL.

Grandchildren, Garyon (Kourtney) Beachem, Travon (Teneza) Pride, Kirethia Chambers, Orlandria Chitty, Errionna Holton, Damien Chitty, Tony Chitty Jr., Ellis Lee Gibson III
