India Treana Starks, the daughter of Mr. and Dr. Michael (Phyllis) Medley, Mr. and Mrs. Lee (April) Starks, Jr., Mrs. Francine Elaine Gaines and Mr. Sherman Petterson was born on April 29, 1987 in Austin, Texas. She departed this life on May 29, 2025 at Flowers Hospital. She will always be remembered by her smile, her wit, her personality, her ability to connect with people and the way she loved you. It didn't matter whether you were family, a friend, or a stranger, she would go out of her way to help you. That is just how India was set up. If you needed her, she would always navigate or network to make things change for the better. Life is a journey and India's started with so many people loving her. She will be truly missed.
