Imari Tyquan Glanton

Mr. Imari Glanton, age 22, of Dothan, Alabama passed away Friday, October 1, 2021.

Drive through visitation will be Friday, October 8, 2021 from 4 PM to 6 PM at the funeral home.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 2 PM at Parks Chapel AME Church, Dothan, Alabama 36303.

Burial will immediately follow the service at Gates of Heaven Cemetery.

Imarim Tyquan Glanton was born on October 8, 1998 to Mrs. Daphne A. (Olijawun) Miree and Willie Glanton, III; raised by Ms. Barbara Kirkland and Tenneyson (Melissa) Kirkland. He was born two minutes apart from his twin brother: Devaunte (Jamaya) Glanton.

Former student of Dothan High School, Imari was an aspiring entrepreneur and father.

Imari leaves to cherish his three daughters: Mariah J. Glanton (Talexis), Egypt T. Hollis (Calvery) and Princess Kaylei A. Glanton (Sharoya); loving siblings: Imani Afford, Devona Afford, Imayiah Glanton, Devaundira Glanton, Jada Moore, Tracey Thomas, Nytaia Glanton, Tayon Kirkland, Cordero Kirkland, Jevaunte Glanton, Bryan Daniels, Prince Glanton, Willie Glanton, IV, and Gabriel Glanton; grandparents: Leroy Pete (Sarah) Afford, Jacquelyn Afford, and Lessie Glanton; Aunts: Anne Reaves, Sondra (Sirnell) Davis, Melissa Gail (Horace) Jackson, Callois (Reggie) Kyles, Debora Covington, Chrissheilah White, JaQuoia Smith, and Christal Reynolds; uncles: Greg Gross, Christopher McCree, and Rayburn Bryant.
