Ms. Deborah Williams, age 66, of Enterprise, Alabama passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2022.
Visitation will be Wednesday, March 9, 2022 from 3 PM to 5 PM at the funeral home.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 10, 2022 at 11 AM at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, 1705 Rucker Boulevard, Enterprise, Alabama 36330.
Burial will immediately follow the service at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church Memorial Cemetery in Enterprise, Alabama.
Deborah R. Williams was born October 9, 1955 to the late Roy and Catherine Williams. She was one of nine children.
At an early age, Deborah accepted Christ as her Savior at the Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Enterprise, Alabama. Throughout her life, she served in many capacities such as: Counselor for the Red Circles of Mt. Zion MBC, Youth Meditation Conductor for Morning Worship, Choir, Co-Chairwoman for the kitchen and several other positions as needed. She also was the Salem-Enterprise Baptist District Association Youth Director. Deborah, not only worked diligently within the church, but she was ready and willing to assist the elderly, friends, and neighbors within her community, throughout the city and surrounding areas.
Deborah attended Carroll Street Elementary School, Coppinville High School, Enterprise High School and attended Enterprise State Junior College. She was employed with Kleinert's in Elba, Alabama and was later employed with the City of Enterprise Recreations and Leisure Services, in Enterprise, Alabama, until she was Medically Retired.
She departed this life on March 3, 2022.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother: Rayfield; and one sister: Jereline Jones.
She leaves to cherish her memories, her brothers: Dr. J. (Janice) Henry of Dothan, Alabama, Richard (Lori) of Centreville, Virginia and Alonzo (Janice) of Alexandria, Virginia; her sisters: Johnnie (Ronnie) Eubanks of Daleville, Alabama, Shirelene Williams of Enterprise, Alabama, Anna Lee of Ozark, Alabama, and Meadie D. Williams of Tuscaloosa, Alabama. She also leaves 9 nephews, 10 nieces, 11 great nephews, 10 great nieces, 2 great great nephews, 2 great great nieces, a host of cousins and extended families (Patricia Head family, Edith Flanning, Mirian Houston, and the Jefferson Family), and special friends.
