Dean Partridge

Ms. Dean Partridge, age 61, of Dothan, Alabama passed away Friday, July 10, 2020.

Drive Through Viewing will be on Thursday, July 16, 2020 from 4 PM to 6 PM at the funeral home.

Graveside service will be held on Friday, July 17, 2020 at 11 AM at Gates of Heaven.

Sister Dean "Dee" Thorpe Partridge was born on April 14, 1959 along with her late twin sister Diane Thorpe Turner in Ozark, Alabama to the late James and Mary Thorpe.

She accepted Christ at an early age and united with the Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church.  Dean served the country in the US Army for six years.  Dean loved singing in the choir and celebrating life moments with family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her twin sister: Diane turner; and one brother: Jeremiah Dycks.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories, one son: Joel Grubbs, Jr. of Beltsville, Maryland; her grandchildren; one sister: Jasmine Thorpe of Easton, South Carolina; a brother: Larry Dycks of Baltimore, Maryland; one uncle: Pastor Robert (Mildred) Thorpe; two nieces: Vernae Shumate of Silver Springs, Maryland and Valisa Dycks of Columbia, Maryland; nephew: Jeremiah (Danielle) Dycks of Silver Spring, Maryland; her cousins: Hattie Jones and Linda Dowling of Ozark, Alabama; her beloved Potter family and Morrison family and class of 1977; one sister-in-law: Veronica Shumate of Silver Springs, Maryland; one brother-in-law: Robert Turner, Jr.' and a host of great nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
