Charlene Green was born in Washington, D.C. on March 28, 1961 to the late Charles and Sandra Hill.
She grew up in Washington, D.C. and moved to Newark, N.J. in 1972. Charlene was joined in Holy matrimony to Jonathan Green on July 19, 1982. Together they raised four children and Charlene was a stay at home mother and housewife. She attended None Other But The House of God in Newark, N.J. under the leadership of her Spiritual Mother, the Late Mother Beatrice Davis. Following her Spiritual Mother, Charlene moved to Dothan, AL in 2004 and became a member of Greater Deliverance Outreach Ministries under the leadership of Pastor Jerome Kelly. Charlene severed faithfully on the Usher Board at both churches.

Her experiences in life allowed her to give genuine advice and guidance to those who had the privilege of knowing her. She loved her family and made sure everyone stayed close.
