Anthony Charles Smith was born in Panama City, Florida on November 26, 1961. He grew up in Lake Wales, Florida where he was connected with First Baptist Church. He attended publicschools in Lake Wales and worked at several odd jobs during his formative years. The early part of the twentieth century, Anthony started the second part of his life. He was welcomed to Dothan, Alabama by a brother/friend, Rev. Robert L. Jones.
He had a very good work ethnic and immediately began finding work wherever he could find it. Shortly after his arrival he became employed with the City of Dothan.
Before leaving the City of Dothan, he had begun a lawn care business and was beginning to venture into a food service experience. Anthony was a very kind, caring and fun living person. He cherished friendships and loved doing what he did. He lived his own life, his own way and did all he could to extend it. His life came to an end on April 11th, 2026.
He leaves to cherish his memory: Five brothers, three sisters, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and two sisters.
