Annie Henderson Life and Times
Mrs. Annie Lee Henderson, age 88, of Marianna, Florida departed this life on Wednesday, October 7, 2020.
Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at 11 AM at Gates of Heaven Cemetery.
Annie Lee Forrester-Henderson began her life on April 13, 1932 to the late John Henry Carroll and the late Mary Lee Britt in Coffee County, Alabama.
She retired, after twenty-five years, from Southeast Alabama Medical Center as an Environmental Services Employee in Dothan, Alabama. Her hobbies was gardening, cooking and fishing. While here, Annie showed her love for God, a heart for His people, and being always willing to help anyone. Her greatest joy was being a mother and grandmother.
On Wednesday, October 7, 2020, Annie transitioned from this earthly life into everlasting life with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son: Kenneth Ray Forrester; her husband: Sam Henderson; two brothers: Johnny Carroll and Ivory Foy Carroll.
She leaves to cherish her memory, one son: Danny Ray Forrester and one daughter: Mary Dean Coleman both of Dothan, Alabama; three grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
