Annie Jewel (Jackson) Pugh

Our beloved Annie Jewel Pugh gained her wings on June 28, 2025. She was born on November 29, 1936, to the late Waymon and Lucy Mae Jackson in Dothan, Alabama.

She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She had a heart of gold and a kind spirit. She was a member of Sardis Missionary Baptist Church in Bay Springs, Alabama.

She was preceded in death by her parents; late husband: Cicero Pugh, Jr. and two sons: Ezell Pugh and David Jackson; one brother: JC Jackson; and a loving daughter: Annie D. Pugh; and one granddaughter: Addalynn Pugh.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories her two sons: Larry Pugh and Waymon Pugh, and loving daughters: Linda Peterson, Annie Pugh, Barbara Pugh, Gloria Pugh, and Loria Pugh; all from Dothan, Alabama; one loving sister: Joann Jackson and one brother: Louis Jackson both of Albuquerque, New Mexico and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
