Ann Calloway

Mrs. Ann Harris-Calloway was born on September 30, 1930, in Macon County, Alabama to Theodore Harris, Sr. and Hattie Mabson.  

Mrs. Calloway was united in Holy Matrimony to Mr. Frank Lee Calloway.  She was a homemaker, who lovingly cared for her family and helped those in need.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, James Harris; two brothers: Herbert and Theodore Harris, Jr.; and a sister, Mrs. Glennie Smith.
 

On Tuesday, June 1, 2021, Mrs. Calloway too, gained her Heavenly wings.  
 

Mrs. Calloway leaves to cherish her memories a devoted and loving niece, Ms. Vera McHolmes of Union Springs, Alabama; eight stepchildren: Rosie (Henry) Thrasher, Lucky (Mary) Thrasher, Jennie (Douglas) Moore, Mary Ann Thomas, Lisa Calloway all of Union Springs, Alabama, Annie Joyce Finney of Brownville, Pennsylvania, Jessie (Bettye) Calloway, and Lizzie (Willie) Mitchell of Atlanta, Georgia; twenty-two grandchildren; thirty great grandchildren; and a host nieces, nephews and other friends including a special friend J.L. Walker.
