Andrew Keith Barkley

Mr. Andrew Barkley, age 43, of Dothan, Alabama passed away Thursday, January 9, 2020.

Visitation will be Friday, January 17, 2020 from 4 PM to 6 PM at the funeral home.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at 11 AM at Springfield AME Church, 4194 Union Road Marianna, Florida 32446.

Burial will immediately follow the service at the church cemetery.

Mr. Andrew Keith Barkley was botn to the late Andrew Lee Barkley and Elnora Barkley on September 21, 1976 in Houston County of Dothan, AL.

He accepted Christ at an early age.  He graduated from Rehobeth High School in Rehobeth, AL.

He worked at Wiregrass Construction, Couch Construction and APAC Construction.  He went on to join St. Paul Baptist Church in  Ashford, AL.

In 1999, he married the love of his life, Nicole Dixon, and to this union three children were born.  Andrew loved to cook.  He was a die hard fan of Auburn football.  He enjoyed his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father; brother: Phillip (Wimp) Barkley; his mother-in-law and father-in-law: Curtis Anderson and Brenda Louise Loman.

He leaves to cherish his precious memories: his beloved and devoted wife for twenty-four years Nicole Barkley; mother: Elnora Barkley; one daughter: Shikila Marie Dixons; two sons: Andrew Keith Barkley, Jr. and Kyleik Deshawn Barkley; two grandchildren: MiKyra Nicole Kinsey and Zy'Keen Nathaniel Kinsey; two sisters: Margrett Butler and Charlotte (Curtis) Pearson; two brothers: Morgan Barkley and Thurston Mandrell Barkley and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
