A'melia Sophia Vinson

Miss A'melia Vinson of Midland City, Alabama passed away Wednesday, September 16, 2020.

Service will be held on Friday, September 25, 2020 at 1 PM at Georgette L. Scott's Memorial Chapel, 814 Headland Avenue Dothan, Alabama 36303.

Burial will immediately follow the service at New Hope Cemetery.

A'melia Sophia Vinson made her arrival on July 22, 2020 to the proud parents of Angelica Bennett and Willie Vinson.  A'melia went home to the Lord on September 16, 2020.

Sophia was preceded in death by her grandfather: Willie Chappell; great aunt: Maggie Lyles and Aunt Vanessa Vinson.

Sophia leaves her love and memories to, loving and devoted mother and father: Angelica Bennett and Willie Vinson; two sisters: Arionna Beaty and Ayda Bennett; grandparents: Phyllis Minniefield, Mary Vinson, and Billy Bennett; great grandmothers: Mildred Jones Minnifield and Johnny Mae Walker; aunts: Ashley Bullock, Mia Creech, Deejarnette Mitchell, Leola and Creola Broaden and Nodia Jeter; uncles: Johnathan Salley, Clyde Bullock and Antonio Vinson; special aunts: Rose Gibson, Shanequa Young, Nataja Lyles and a host of other aunts, uncles, and cousins who loved her unconditionally.
