Sister Yvonne Lee (Boot) Reynolds was born on October 9, 1954 to the late Oscar Lee, Sr. and Sallie Wade Lee. She was raised in Capps, Alabama. Later moved to Headland, Alabama where she resided. She was called home to be with her eternal father on February 3, 2019.
Yvonne attended Newville Rosawald School, Henry County Training School, Headland High School, & Abbeville High School. She was employed at Sony for thirty-nine years before retiring. She was devoted and faithful member of Jackson Chapel COGIC up until her health failed her.
Yvonne was the wife of the late Jeremiah Reynolds, Sr. She was preceded in death by a brother: Willie Fred Lee; two sisters: Lenette Martin and Ruby Thomas; father and mother-in-law: Mr. & Mrs. James and Essie Reynolds, Sr.
The Lord blessed Yvonne with four handsome sons and lived to see all of them graduate from high school.
Yvonne leaves to cherish her fondest memories to her sons: Jeremiah Reynolds, Jr. (JJ), Kevin Bernard Reynolds, Tehran Monqua “Flip” Reynolds (Casey Holmes) and Brad Jermaine Reynolds; nine grandchildren: Jalyn Salter, Joshua Ryles, Jaden Jones, LaKevia Reynolds, Keviyanna Reynolds, Treasure Reynolds, Kobe Reynolds, Andrea Davis, and Andrevis Davis; two great-grandchildren: DaKota Davis and Kinston Corbitt; sibling: James (Rosa) Lee, Otis (Alberta) Lee, Lottie Benson, Brenda Lee, Oscar Lee, Jr., Annie Lee, and Betty Lee; in-laws: Ernestine (Jacob) Knight, Francis Jackson, Evelyn (Charles) Cochran, Gary (Velora) Reynolds, Verna Morris, Sharlene (Joe) McGlown, and Robert Thomas; nieces and nephews: Vicki, Linda, Kenyatta, Kendall, Erick, Brittney, and Tevin.
Yvonne was also the Godmother of Bryson Galloway and Mr. & Mrs. Robert and Gretchen Jones; special friends: DaVona Hayes, Lousie Williams, Fannie Jean Galloway, Vincent Cushion, Annie Russ, Ossie Pearl Rodgers, Teresa Taylor Granger, Lorraine Ward, Ella Sistruck, Clarence (Jr. Man) Reynolds, Jr., Janice Rhondes and Chester Key; and a host of other relatives and friends.
