Walter (Joe) McNealy, Jr. was born to the late Walter and Susie Jackson-McNealy on August 16, 1950 in Headland, Alabama. 

He departed this on August 28, 2018 in Dothan, Alabama.

He leaves to mourn in passing his wife: Mary Nell McSwain-McNealy; children: Barbara Walker McNealy, Diane Walker McNealy, Latasha (Robert) Smith, Jerrico McSwain, Kalylan Fraizer, Walter Demetris McNealy and Jerenzo McSwain; four siblings: Mary H. Walker of Buffalo, New York, Buford (Viretta) McNealy of Dothan, Alabama, Earnest C. McNealy of Conyers, Georgia, and Sharon (Irvin) West of Dothan, Alabama; one aunt: Mrs. Lucille Spurling of Headland, Alabama; one uncle: Mr. E.C. Jackson of Columbus, Georgia; fifteen grandkids; eleven great grand's; In-laws: Lee and Ella McSwain; five brother-in-laws; eight sister-in-laws; a close friends: Valice Holton, Jerry Kirkland, Zeke Thomas and Robert Corbitt; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
