Ms. Ruby Jewel Reynolds, age 81 of Dothan, Alabama departed this life on Wednesday, December 11, 2019; visitation will be Monday, December 16, 2019 4-6 PM at the funeral home; funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 2:00 PM at the Greater Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church in Headland, Alabama burial will be follow at the Church Cemetery.

Obituary
Ruby Jewel Reynolds was born on August 23, 1938 to the late L.B. Jack Reynolds and Jewel Reynolds. She was born and raised in the Henry County area,

She confessed Christ at an early age and was affiliated with Greater Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church in Headland, Alabama.

Ruby was a 1959 graduate of the Headland Colored High School. She immediately  entered the workforce which culminated many years later with her retirement at Sony Incorporation here in Dothan, Alabama.

Ruby loved life, she lobed people and she loved children in particular. Although she never had children of her own, she was a foster mother to several. Ruby had a very calm and sweet spirit and would lend her counseling to anyone who needed to hear a positive word.

Ruby leaves to cherished her memories one brother: Robert L. Reynolds of the home, Glady’s R. Brown of Dothan, Alabama; a beloved nieces and two nephews: Debra (Edward) Brown of Dothan, Alabama, Stevie (Patricia) Jones of Dothan, Alabama, and Stanley Jones of Dothan, Alabama and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving relatives and friends.
