Mr. Roy Lee Jackson was born to JB and Avis Jackson on November 22, 1934 in Cedar Springs, Georgia.
He served in the United States Army on July 31, 1978 he married his “Queen Bee” Mrs. Linda Jackson. To this union two children were born.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his grandparents; three brothers: Albert Jackson, Sr., Willie Jackson and Tim Jackson; two sisters: Ressie Jackson and Quincy Guns.
Mr. Roy Lee Jackson leaves to cherish his memories a loving wife: Mrs. Linda Jackson; three sons: Steven Oliver of Dothan, Alabama, Kwame Jackson of Blakely, Georgia and Kenyatta Davis of Montgomery, Alabama; three daughters: Latoya Jackson of Dothan, Alabama, Brandy (Brad) Bryant of Locust Grove, Georgia and Ruby Potter of Montgomery, Alabama; one sister: Ruby Bell of Bartow, Florida; brothers-in-law: Eddie and Lamar Oliver Frank Guns of Norfolk, Virginia; seven sisters-in-law: Ludie (Sam) Jackson, Evelyn (Johnnie) Harris, Elsie Wimes, Deloris Baxter, Connie Oliver all of Dothan, Alabama; and a host of twenty grandchildren's; seven great grand's; two great-great grandchildren's; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
