Joe Bighem Life and Times
Joe Nathan Bighem was born in Neville, Alabama on December 18, 1937 to the late Fanny L. Bighem and Fullen Humphrey.
He lived and worked in Dothan, Alabama most of his 81 years.
He was preceded in death by both parents, his beloved wife: Betty Joyce James Bighem, as well as his daughter: Peggy Bighem and his son: Duane Bighem.
He is survived by his brother: James Bighem; Son Calvin Palmer; step-children Barbara Jenkins, Phyllis Tarver (Stanley), Jacqueline James, Kimberly Butler (Andrew), Stephanie James, and Darron James; grandchildren: Christopher Bighem (Kia) and Adrienne Bighem; and two great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
