Staff Sergeant Harry Lee Lewis was born on July 7, 2017 in Houston County, Alabama to Will Lee and Pinkie Lee Lewis.

He joined the Saint Stephen African Methodist Episcopal Church in Columbia, Alabama as a child and continued his served at Greater Saint Stephens African Methodist Episcopal Church in Gordon, Alabama until he was called home to his Father’s house.

Harry Joined the United States Navy when he graduated from high school and later joined the United States Army Reserve. He served his country until he retired.

He leaves to cherish his memory three children: Byron Hart “Rusty” and Passion Jackson both of Dothan, AL and Christopher Lewis of Decatur, GA; a sister, Mary Washington of Columbia, AL; two brothers: Will lee Lewis (Phyllis) of Dothan, Alabama, William Aaron Lewis of Atlanta, Georgia; numerous grandchildren; one grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
