On April 24, 1942 God planted a special seed in Ozark, AL to the late Charlie Thaddeus and Essie Thompson a special baby boy. On May 6, 2019 God decided to pick that special flower from his garden. Charlie confessed to Christ at an early age. He was hardworking employee at Fort Rucker for 34 years until he retired. He served in the Navy and WWII.
He preceded in death by his parents Charlie Thaddeus Thompson and Essie Thompson; son: Georgia Thompson , Johnny Andres; and wife Minnie Lee Andrews.
He leaves to cherish and memories his daughters: Cynthia (Anthony) Kizer of Memphis, TN, Jackie (Lamar) of Midland City, AL, Carla Andrews of Dothan, AL, Angless Thompson of Dallas, TX, Carolyn Jolly of Columbus, GA of Midland City, AL, Bobley Smith of New York; stepchildren: Minnie Randall of Warner Robins, GA, Jessie Chatmen of Midland, City, AL, Rose Andrews of Dothan, AL, Henry (Betty) Andrews of Midland City, AL, Blondell Andrews of Macon, GA, Annie Andrews of Newton; twenty-seven grandchildren; forty-five great grandchildren, and a special grandson and granddaughter: Timothy and Tynikki Andrews.
