Barbara Ann Minniefield

August 8, 1947 ~ May 16, 2018 (age 70)

"A CELEBRATION OF LIFE"

Barbara Minniefield, affectionately called "Bobbie Ann" was the 4th child to the late Randall and Rosie Lee Hollis Minniefield. At an early age, she gave her life to the Lord, and subsequently joined and was baptized at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church in Newville, Alabama.
Barbara was a 1965 graduate of Headland Northside High School. She then moved to Long Island, New York where she began a career of over 25 years in telecommunications. She retired from AT&T in 1998 while living in Conyers, Georgia. Barbara was involved in many community organizations, including the March of Dimes. After retirement, she moved back home to headland, AL to live close to family and shortly thereafter, joined the Wings of Deliverance Community Church.
Barbara was renowned for her cooking, baking, interior decorating and painting. Her memorable works include painting rooms at the City Hall of Midland City and the Wings of Deliverance, as well as many homes of family and friends along the east coast.
Barbara was a force to be reckoned with. She was well-known for her strong conviction, love of family, classic and versatile beauty, exemplary leadership and unquestionable generosity.
