Annie Copeland

Mrs. Annie Copeland, age 66, of Dothan, Alabama passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2019.  Visitation will be Friday, August 9, 2019 from 4 PM to 6 PM at the funeral home.  Funeral service will be Saturday, August 10, 2019 at 2 PM at Church of God by Faith, 211 S. Ussery Street Dothan, Alabama 36301.

Miss Annie Copeland was born October 14, 1952 to the late Clarence E. Smiley, Sr. and Betty R. Bivins Smiley Franklin.  She was a faithful member of Church of God by Faith and also attended Patterson Street FBC. Among her passions were traveling with quartet music , singing, and dressing like a "Diva".

She leaves to cherish her memories a devoted and loving daughter: Sabrina Smiley Johnson of Dothan, Alabama; two sons: Steven Smiley of Dothan, Alabama and Benjamin Smiley of Sarasota, Florida; Seven sisters: Debra Morris, Brenda Fowler, Wendy Turner all of Ozark, Alabama, Marie Franklin, Shirley Smiley both of Dothan, Alabama, Edith Jones of Cleveland, Ohio and Denise Grace of Sacramento, California; Six brothers: Clarence Smiley, Jr. of Newville, Alabama, Dennis Smiley and William Franklin both of Sacramento, California, Danny Smiley of Ozark, Alabama, Lawrence Franklin of Chipley, Florida and Steven Beates of Dothan, Alabama; one God-Daughter: Michelle Green of Brundidge, Alabama; two dear friends: Rose Petty and Dora Laster, and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
