Andrew "Andy" James Jones, Jr

Andrew James Jones Jr. “Andy” of Dothan, Alabama went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 19, 2019.

Andy was born in Dothan, Alabama on January 31, 1964 to the late Andy Jones, Sr. and Nora Lee Jones. Andy graduated from Dothan High School on 1982.

Andy was a caring, loving, and respectful person. He loved spending time with his grandson, great nieces, and great nephews who adored him. Nothing else was more important to him than spending time with his family. Everyone that knew him knew of his unyielding devotion to his family.

He was preceded in death by his mother: Nora Jones; grandparents: Votie and Grant Satcher; and his nephew: Gregory Jones.

He is survived by two children: Anasha Brewton of Dothan, Alabama and Andrew Skylar (Aerial) Jones of Jacksonville, Florida; sister: Octivia Jones; beloved friends: Tim Patterson, Timothy Patterson, R.L. Patterson, Johnny Hall, Jerome Davis and L.C. Knooce; and a host nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
